What is the House Walk?
Our premier fundraiser, the Downers Grove House Walk, returns on Friday, May 14, 2027, featuring five beautiful homes and an expanded attendance of 850 guests. This event continues to grow, offering wonderful exposure to sponsors and tremendous support for our charitable giving.

A House Walk That Gives Back
MORE THAN $158,000 INVESTED LOCALLY
The House Walk is about more than beautiful homes. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, homeowners and guests, proceeds from the 2026 House Walk helped DGJWC invest more than $158,000 back into our community, including:
$60,000 donated to 63 local charities
$30,000 awarded in High School Scholarships
$10,000 awarded in Women’s Workforce Empowerment Scholarships
$20,000 awarded in grants to District 58 & District 99 teachers
$20,000 invested in our annual charity partner, the Indian Boundary YMCA
$10,000 in holiday gifts to local families in need
